The cause of the problem when a man has breasts with a feminine appearance is usually an enlarged mammary gland, often due to hormonal changes. Physical exertion must be strictly limited for the first 14 days to avoid sudden bleeding and stress on the scars.

Returning to work is recommended after 7-14 days.
