Argo Plasma

Argo Plasma

Effective skin tightening is achieved through argo plasma, which targets the least resistant tissues while leaving the surrounding tissues completely untouched. The use of the inert gas argon in medicine is common, which is why the treatment is characterized by high safety for the patient. The properties of the gas ensure temperature stability, minimizing the risk of burns. The procedure is entirely under the control of the treating physician at all stages.

When is Argo Plasma most commonly used?

  • Excellent results are achieved in combination with liposuction procedures for the thighs, calves, abdomen, arms, or the chin.
  • After liposuction of lipedema, as this condition leads to the loosening of connective tissues, resulting in reduced skin elasticity.
  • In all areas where there is significant sagging of the skin due to considerable weight loss in the patient.
  • After pregnancy
  • After bariatric surgeries.
  • During breast surgeries – reconsturction, augmentation and reduction

Description of the procedure

The procedure is performed under either local or general anesthesia, depending on the extent of the treatment and the specific procedure being combined with argo plasma treatment. Argo plasma is applied using a probe in the subcutaneous layer, where it causes coagulation of the soft tissues while leaving other structures untouched. A small incision (about 0.5 cm) is required for the probe’s entry. The number of incisions depends on the size of the treated area. The movement of the probe in the subcutaneous layer follows a fan-shaped pattern, ensuring even plasma application. The electric discharge creates plasma with only 1% of the inert gas used, while the remaining 99% of the gas serves as a protective envelope.

Long-term effect with more pronounced results than non-invasive devices that act on the skin's surface.
Precise targeting of the treated areas accelerates regeneration and shortens postoperative recovery time.
Safe and repeatable treatment.
